Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients.

Yes, our production complies with strict regulatory requirements, carrying necessary international certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CE approvals.

What is the minimum order that we can place?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning in order to test the market for our products.

Do you provide free samples?
We could offer free samples, but we do not cover the cost of freight.

Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note this process takes a little longer for delivery.

Do you have stock for listed products, and what are your terms of payment?
Generally, we keep stock for every listed product, which is replenished monthly depending on sales. For payments under 800 USD, 100% advance is required. For payments over 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment is expected. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
