A1: We are a professional manufacturer established in 1994, holding CE0434, ISO 13485:2003, ISO 9001:2008, and GMP certifications. We can also accommodate extra standards or requirements if needed.
Q2: Is it possible to buy items different from your standard design?
A2: Yes, customized products are always welcome. Please note that customized orders may require a longer production and delivery time. We do our best to assist customers with their specific needs.
Q3: What shipping options do you offer?
A3: Shipments are handled according to customer requirements via door-to-door courier services such as FEDEX, DHL, UPS, and TNT. Shipping by sea or air is also available.
Q4: What are the payment terms for regular and customized orders?
A4: We require 100% T/T in advance for regular items. For customized products, a 30% deposit is required in advance, with the remaining 70% balanced before delivery.
Q5: Do you accept OEM and ODM orders?
A5: Yes, both OEM and ODM orders are fully supported and available.
