Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients.

Yes, our production procedures and products comply with international medical standards and carry the necessary ISO9001, ISO 13485, and CE certifications.

What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning to test the market for our products. We can offer free samples, but we do not pay the cost of freight.

Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that this takes a little longer for delivery.

Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for every listed product, which is produced monthly. However, this is subject to our sales conditions. We advise you to contact our sales representatives for accurate, real-time inventory information.

What are your terms and methods of payment?
For payments <=800USD, 100% in advance. For payments >800USD, 30% T/T in advance, and the remaining balance before shipment. Available payment methods include L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal, etc.
