Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, our products are manufactured under strict compliance with ISO9001, ISO 13485, and CE quality standards to ensure safety and clinical effectiveness.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning to test the market for our products. We could offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not covered.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that this may require a slightly longer time for customized production and delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for every listed product, which is replenished monthly. However, this depends on current sales conditions. We suggest contacting our sales representatives for accurate real-time inventory information.
What are your terms of payment and accepted methods?
For payments less than or equal to 800 USD, 100% in advance. For payments greater than 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance is required, with the balance paid before shipment. Accepted payment methods include L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
