Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges are determined based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Yes, all our orthopedic implants and surgical instruments are manufactured under strict international standards and have obtained ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CE certifications.

What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers may need to place smaller sample orders initially in order to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not covered.

Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can. Simply send us your reference pictures or physical samples. Please note that customized or sourcing runs may take slightly longer for delivery.

Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced? What are your terms of payment?
Generally, we maintain consistent inventory for our standard listed products, which are replenished monthly. For order amounts less than or equal to 800 USD, 100% payment in advance is required. For orders greater than 800 USD, terms are 30% T/T in advance with the balance due before shipment. Accepted payment methods include L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.

For stock items, shipment can be arranged within 3-7 working days. For bulk production orders or customized instruments, the standard lead time ranges from 15 to 30 days depending on the project scope.
