Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.

Yes, our orthopedic products are manufactured under strict compliance with ISO9001 and ISO 13485 quality management standards and carry relevant international certifications.
Q3: What is the minimum order that we can place?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning in order to test market our products.
Q4: Do you provide free samples?
We can offer free samples for testing, but the customer is responsible for paying the cost of the freight.
Q5: Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom or non-standard items may require a slightly longer delivery time.
Q6: Do you have stock for listed products, and what are your payment terms?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products, produced monthly, depending on sales. Payment under 800 USD requires 100% in advance. For orders over 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance is required, with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal, etc.
