Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients.

Yes, our products are manufactured under strict compliance with international quality standards, including ISO9001, ISO 13485, and CE certificates.

What is the minimum order that we can place?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning in order to test our products in the market.

Do you provide free samples?
We could offer free samples for testing, but we do not pay the cost of freight.

Can I buy products not shown in the catalog but similar?
Of course you can. Just send us pictures or samples. Please note that customized or sourcing requests may take a little longer time for delivery.

What are your stock status and terms of payment?
Generally, we have stock for listed products, which are produced monthly depending on our sales conditions. For payments <= 800 USD, 100% is required in advance. For payments > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance is required, with the balance paid before shipment. Payment methods include L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
