Normally we send through express couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, etc., or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges depend on weight and destination.

Yes, our manufacturing operations comply with international standards. We hold valid ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CE certifications for our products.

What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect standard orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that clients may need to place smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight must be covered by the client.

Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us drawings, specifications, pictures or samples. Please note that custom production requests will require a slightly longer lead time.

For products in stock, items are typically shipped within 3 to 7 working days. For bulk manufacturing or customized orders, the lead time typically ranges from 15 to 30 days depending on raw material availability and order volume.
